Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ZinCut, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the product. See also our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which these terms incorporate by reference.

2. The Service

ZinCut is a suite of AI-powered photo and video editing tools — enhancing, restoring, generating, and transforming images and video you provide. Some tools run on third-party AI models; see our Privacy Policy for which providers process your content.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ZinCut. Our sign-up process doesn't independently verify your age — by creating an account, you're confirming that you meet this requirement. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we'll close it.

4. Account Registration & Responsibilities

You can register with an email address and password, or by continuing with your Google or Facebook account. Either way, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Your Content

You keep ownership of whatever you upload and whatever ZinCut generates for you. By uploading content, you give us permission to process it — including sending it to fal.ai and any other AI providers that power a given tool — solely to provide the result you asked for. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and use whatever content you provide.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload or generate content that's illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or uses a real person's likeness without their consent.
• Try to circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or other access controls, or interfere with the service's normal operation.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell access to the service without our permission.

Some tools also refuse specific requests on their own — the underlying AI providers apply their own content-safety filters (for example, rejecting anything that could depict a real person without consent), independent of anything we do.

7. AI-Generated Output

Results are produced by AI models and can be imperfect, unpredictable, or occasionally wrong. Review any result before relying on it — we don't guarantee that generated output will be accurate, suitable for a particular purpose, or free of errors.

8. Subscriptions, Credits & Billing

• Each tool costs a set number of credits per generation, shown before you run it. Free accounts get a daily credit allowance; paid plans (Pro, Max, Business) get a larger pool that renews each billing cycle, and can also buy one-time credit top-ups.
• Paid plans renew automatically and are billed through Midtrans until you cancel. Canceling stops future billing but keeps your plan active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account moves to Free.
• If a generation fails due to a technical error on our end, the credits it would have cost are automatically refunded to your account. Beyond that, subscription payments and credit top-ups are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
• We may change plan pricing or credit costs going forward; we won't change what you've already been charged for.

9. Intellectual Property

The ZinCut product, brand, and underlying software are ours. These terms don't grant you any rights to them beyond using the service as intended.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings — see our Privacy Policy for exactly what account deletion does to your data. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including the acceptable-use rules above.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

ZinCut is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the date above — continuing to use ZinCut after that means you accept the updated terms.
